Book Report Template

 Your book report must include the follow elements in order to receive credit toward your count. 

(6 book reports by the end of the 2nd quarter)  

1)  Title of your book

2)  Author of your book

3)  One paragraph (4-5 sentences) describing the setting of your book

4)  One paragraph (4-5 sentences) describing the main characters of your book

5)  Plot timeline: Describe the main parts of the plot (what happens in the story)

6)  Personal Review: write a paragraph (4-5 sentences) explaining what you liked, did not like, favorite part, things you might have changed in the story, and whether or not you would recommend the book to friends.
